One of the benefits of using Virtual DJ to play all my music from is that it automatically records a chronological playlist of the whole evenings songs. These playlists can be used afterwards to see what worked well on the night, what didn’t work so well and what to change next time.


I hope the playlists that I post on here after a disco will also be useful to other people – couples looking for inspiration for songs to play (or not to play!) at their wedding reception for example.

The posted playlists aren’t from the entire evening, just the ‘let’s get the party started’ phase or from the first dance onwards. I’ll exclude the warm up and background music parts which can sometimes last up to a couple of hours.
