This was my second 16th birthday party disco in Burnham-on-sea in just over a month, and like the first one it went really well with lots of energetic dancing all night. Maybe its the fresh sea air?
On this occasion we were in the function room under The Ritz Cinema. Again, on a small stage in a good sized room. The venue had a huge mirror ball and several moving head lights which were made available to me – something that doesn’t happen very often.
The birthday girl was a huge Katy Perry fan so there were lots of her songs played but as always there were some great requests making the night really enjoyable for the non-16 year olds present.
I’m already looking forward to my next visit to Burnham…
